Refund and Exchange Policy
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless the items have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during shipping, only then will they be eligible for return or exchange.
Criteria for Returns or Exchanges
All the purchased items must be returned in their original condition and packed with the original hang tags and packing bags.
How to Return

- After receiving your request for return / exchange, we will get in touch with you with details of the return process.
- After receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) and send you an email ensuring that we have received your item(s). Generally, it takes 7-10 working days to process.
- After approval of your items, the refund will be credited to your account, as per your previous payment method. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For exchanges, we replace items only if they have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during shipping. After proper verification, a replacement will be issued and we will contact you with the options.
- A new order can only be possible according to the availability of the ordered products.
- For exchanging any products, you need to pay the shipping cost.
- According to your location, it may take time to reach you the exchanged products.
- To process your return, please share the receipt as a proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for shipping back to our office/warehouse for return/exchange.
- Please ensure that the package you are returning carries the tracking number.
- For all returned items, please clearly mention that the shipment is a ‘return’ on the outside of the box to assist the courier as well as customer care team to process it smoothly and conveniently.
